Carols, Candles and Candy
The Carols, Candles and Candy free Christmas music DLC was released with five songs on 2017-12-05 alongside the radio station All That Jazz music DLC and the 1.9.1 patch.[1] Additional tracks were added later.
There is no "Carols, Candles and Candy" radio station; the songs appear mixed in with non-seasonal songs on existing stations in-game, and they appear only during the Christmas season.

Tis the DLCeason! With Carols, Candles and Candy, yule feel right at home with five new Christmas carols remade in multiple genres: Classic Jazz, Latin Jazz, Country, Indie and Indietronica. The songs will be randomly played across existing radio stations once you download the DLC. It’s free! Besides, you can't prove Chirpy is not a partridge, and Paradox Interactive is spelled with No L. Happy holidays, city-builders.

Additional Tracks in 2018[edit | edit source]
New tracks were planned for the 2018 Christmas season, and suggestions for song lyrics were requested on the forum.[2] Submissions had to be in by 31 October 2018.
Three new tracks were released in a free patch on 13 December 2018.[3] In addition to the original songs from Christmas 2017, all of the new songs ("A New Day", "Let It Snow" and "Yonder Star") from artist Stills will play randomly across all of the existing radio stations during December.
A Developer's Diary on the Forum detailed some of the process of making the new music.[4]
